Fried Rabbit

Milk
1 Rabbit
Seasoned flour
Egg/milk batter
Oil to fry


Soak cut up prepared rabbit in milk or buttermilk to cover, overnight. season flour with salt, pepper and paprika. roll rabbit in flour, then in egg batter and then in flour again. Refrigerate 30 minutes for crust to set. Fry rabbit in hot fat or oil as you would for chicken.
