Oven Fried Parmesan Pheasant

1 Pheasant-disjointed
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c Stuffing-seasoned
1/2 c Butter-melted
2/3 c Parmesan cheese
1/4 c Parsley

Combine fresh crushed stuffing, cheese and parsley. Dip pheasant pieces in butter and roll in stuffing mixture. Arrange pieces, skin side up, in a shallow pan. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and butter. Bake in a 375 oven for one hour or until tender.
