Cornish Game Hens Again 4 Hens
2 Apples
1/2 c Honey
12 oz Frozen apple juice*
1 ts Cinnamon
Clean each hen, and stuff 1/2 apple in each. Place in deep baking pan. Mix
honey, apple juice, water, and cinnamon. Pour over hens, and bake at 350
Degrees Far. for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Check for doneness by pulling leg
away from body.
*In place of the 12 oz of frozen apple juice, you can use about 24 oz of
prepared apple juice or spiced cider, and cook it down in a sauce pan to
about 12 oz.
