3 lb Emu Meat cut into 1-1 1/2 inch pieces
2 cn Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cn Water
1 pk Dry onion soup mix
1 Jar (small) cocktail onions (drained and rinsed)
1/2 lb Fresh sliced mushrooms
1 c Dry sherry
Fresh ground black pepper
Mix all the ingredients
together. Bake covered 3 to 3 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serve over
rice , noodles or in timbalc cases of puff pastry.
