Cornish Game Hens in Honey Sauce 1/2 Part honey
1/2 Part soy sauce
(approx 1/4 c each is good for 2 hens)
Baste hens with garlic and melted butter. Bake the hens 15 minutes at
425 degrees. Then bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Basting with the honey mixture.
