French Picnic Dove

2 Doves per person
1 Potato -- sliced
1 Apple -- unpeeled, sliced
Salt -- to taste
Paprika -- to taste
Seedless grapes -- as needed

Stuff doves with slices of raw potato and unpeeled apple. Sprinkle heavily with salt and paprika and allow to sit until they reach room temperature. Put into a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove birds; remove stuffing immediately. Let birds cool for 20 minutes. Stuff cavities with seedless grapes at room temperature. Wrap in foil to carry to picnic.
