Slow Cooker Doves Supreme

12 dove breasts -- frozen
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup fruity red wine
1 can sliced mushrooms - (16 oz) -- drained
1 tablespoon orange or lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon A-1 Sauce

Place dove breasts in a slow-cooker straight from the freezer. Mix the remaining ingredients, and pour over the doves.


Cook on high for three or four hours or on low all day. Serve over noodles or rice.
