Marinade For Grilled And Roast Meats

2 tsp garlic, crushed
1 x onions, medium
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme, chopped
1 x bayleaf
1 cup red wine
1 tsp cracked black peppercorns
1/3 cup olive oil
salt, pepper


Finely dice onions.

Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to the boil for 5 minutes.

Allow to completely cool before adding meat.

Marinate meats for at least 12 hours before grilling or roasting.

Good for steaks, chops, lamb.
